Shipping Admin Assistant

Assisting in all activities of the shipping account managers to include:

  • Processing all paperwork relating to deliveries/collections via road, sea and air through bespoke operational system.
  • Checking customs entries.
  • Dealing with clients via email and over the telephone.
  • Moving on to learning the quoting process.

Candidate should have a great attention to detail, IT literate and able to work in a team within a high pressure deadline driven environment. Shipping experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

Salary commensurate with experience and ability.

Office Admin Assistant:

Assisting in all activities relating to the smooth running of a busy office:

  • Answering phones, taking messages or putting through calls.
  • Filing, proof of export and ensuring file checks have been done.
  • Processing basic functions relating to operational paperwork.
  • Scanning / copying documents.
  • Keeping office / filing areas neat and tidy.
  • Managing office supplies.

Candidate should have a great attention to detail, IT literate and able to work in a team within a high pressure deadline driven environment. Previous administration role an advantage but not a requirement – good tea and coffee making skills a definite advantage.

Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
